| The enterprise training system and the situation of the e-learning used in enterprise training are firstly discussed and analyzed in this paper. After that, this dissertation analyzes the important factors on enterprise training model constructing from pedagogical instruction, technical supporting and managing guarantee. Then, the models of the employee himself and their team are built from their knowledge and their learning activities, and the e-learning based enterprise training model is constructed at last. The objective of this Moodle-centered training model is to construct a learning environment which deals with the working environment harmoniously. The employees improve their performance in working environment through learning and making collaborative learning relationships in this environment. The knowledge of the employees also conserved in this learning environment. |
