| Nowadays the problem of supporting poor students in colleges has become more and more noticeable. Various kinds of contradictions and social problems which are caused by it are also sharpened increasingly. Under this circumstance, researching the supporting of poor college students, estimating the efficiency of the current supporting system, perfecting the system further and solving the problem from the root have become an emergent and important problem both in theory and reality which an higher education involves.This paper is on the basis of management, educational economics, theory of systematic analysis, Theory of human resource and the analysis tool concerned. It analyses the basic current conditions of poor students, also expounds the backgrounds and the reasons of formation of the problem systematically, emphasizes on the different methods of definitive poor students and creates a qualitative system to definite poor students leading the definitive problem to a more scientific way. Meanwhile the paper analyses the history and current system of Chinese poor students supporting policy, points out some problems in supporting model organization and implemental body from the current supporting policy and gives suggestions to perfect the supporting system after research the advanced experience from the foreign colleges.To strengthen and perfect the poor college students supporting system, the government should strengthen the management and regulation to education, rebuild the tuition system reasonably, reform the distribution system of income, enhance the ability to repay the loan and will to repay ,establish regulation of supporting system, keep the education environment far, advocate public education vary the input bodies to higher education, relive the students'stress on tuition fee ,build the credit system of college students, perfect the personal credit rule and at the same time solve the psychological problems from the poor students. |
