The Preliminary Study On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Sport Talents In Our Country

In order to analyze the current situation of sport talents contingent in our country, finger out the main problems existing in the talents contingent in sport system study and discuss about the exploitation and management of sport talents resource in our country. I have an investigation which focuses on all kinds of sport talents in the sport system of our country by using literature analysis method, comparison analysis method, investigation method and some other methods. And the study is based on my own job experience, combined with the principal and methods of Human Resource Exploration, Management Science, Economics and Statistics, etc.As for the current situation of sport talents contingent: The number of sport professional talents is great, while the educational level of them is low. And the age-structure of sport talents is appropriate. Most of the sports instructor are in the field of Athletics, Swimming and"Three Balls"(volleyball,football,basketball); There are few best talents in the group of letterman. Most of the master athletes are in the field of Athletics, Shooting, Swimming and Badminton;On the aspect of technique level of umpire, the portion of international umpire is small and most of them are in the field of basic and advanced programs such as Athletics, Swimming,"Three Balls"(volleyball,football,basketball), table tennis, badminton, shooting, gymnastics, and weight-lifting.The investigation indicates that there are many problems in our sport talents contingent. The distribution of sport talents is inappropriate; the integrative diathesis is low; the professional structure of sport management talents is inappropriate; the number and age-structure of high-level integrative sport talents need to be optimized; the capabilities and integrative diathesis of sport instructor need to be totally enhanced.
