The Development Strategy Of The Sport Talents Resource Of China

Directed by the contemporary human resource management theory, and based on the mathematical analysis of the present state of sport talents resource of China, the thesis takes the policy analysis and research as a main thread of thought and follows the systematic theory to make a comprehensive demonstration of the development strategic circumstance, targets, and tactics of sport talents resource of China, and to put forward some practical and constructive opinions. Thanks to the excellent opportunity of the national sport talents census in 2005, the researcher collected a great quantity of data and made a thorough and full analysis on the present state of sport talents resource of China using the mathematical tools of SPSS, EXCEL, etc, as the preparation for the thesis. The researcher concluded the the China sport development strategy shows three main trends which are tructural reforms, marketing and industrializing, and scientific development. The researcher also concluded that the main problem of the present state of sport talents resource of China, is coming from the structure deficiency of sport talents resource, but not from the absolute deficiency of sport talents resource. The structure deficiency of sport talents resource focuses on the defects of talents quality and the imbalance of talents distribution. According to the situation of sport development of China, the present guiding principle or policy ought to be a pursuit of intensive development, in another word, to improve the talents structure and quality to increase the practical quantity of talents resource instead of absolute increase of talents quantity. Combined with the former mathematical analysis, the researcher concluded the forecast of the future sport talents demand of China and the demand model of the core talents team. As the end and conclusion he thesis researched the targets, guiding principle, and strategic plan of sport talents resource development of China. The researcher believes that the concrete strategic plan of sport talents resource development of China should set about five sides as below to fulfill the objective of improving the sustainable competence: the construction of athletics compensation system, the structure reforms and innovation, the integration of sport and education, the talents migration and collaboration, and the integrated development of sport talents of China.
