The educational informationization of our country has been undergoing over ten years of development and has already made some achievements. For example: special agencies of educational informationization have been set up; the modern long range education networks have been beginning to take shape; the modernized educational resource systems have been becoming embryonic forms; information technology education is being popularized, constructions of educational E-governments have been already started. However, an undeniable fact is that the construction of educational informationization of our country faces some problems urgently to be solved. For example: the educational ideas of teachers' and researchers' from local teaching and research sections of the education departments can't totally keep up with the times; the general level of educational informationization is still relatively low; high-quality educational resources are deficient; the talents of information technology are not enough; regional developments have obvious disparity; the investments of educational informationization are not efficient.
