In the era of educational informatization 2.0,Internet plus initiative,5G and other information technologies promote the popularization and sharing of high-quality educational resources,but also change the way of education and improve the quality of education,which will help the balanced development of education.At the same time,China has formulated a number of information teaching resources to promote the balanced development of education policies.Yining is located in the northwest border of China.Due to its geographical and economic factors,the development of education in this area has been lagging behind.In recent years,the state has implemented a number of educational informatization policies in the region to improve the backwardness of local education informatization.At present,the conditions of educational information infrastructure in this area have been improved,and digital teaching resources have gradually been enriched.How to perfect the organization and scientific management of information teaching resources has become an urgent practical problem in the development of education in this area.In the education stage of ordinary high school(referred to as "high school "),due to the serious phenomenon of examination-oriented education,teaching innovation is not paid attention to,and information teaching is often ignored.A large number of information teaching resources are idle and wasted the most prominent phenomenon.Therefore,this study takes Yining ordinary high school as the research object,and focuses on the effective strategies to promote the information teaching resources and their management in this area.This paper focuses on the topic search and consult the relevant materials of educational informatization and information teaching resources,and analyzes them.According to the results of literature analysis,the information teaching resources to be studied in this paper are divided into three categories: hardware resources,software resources and latent materials.Then according to the main purpose of this study,the dimensions of the questionnaire are divided into four dimensions: information hardware teaching resources,information software teaching resources,information latent teaching resources and information teaching resources management.Finally,according to the characteristics of the specific subjects of this study,the questionnaire and interview outline of this study are worked out.On this basis,the information management and subject teachers of 6 ordinary high schools in Yining are investigated and analyzed Yining the allocation,application and management of information teaching resources in ordinary high schools in the city.Through the investigation and understanding of the current situation of the allocation,application and management of information-based teaching resources in schools in the region,it is found that some achievements have been made in the construction of information-based teaching resources in high schools in the city,but there are still : hardware resources: aging of original equipment,low utilization rate of new equipment,software resources: lack of digital education content resources and no construction of digital teaching platform,latent resources: teachers ’information teaching ability is not strong;resource management: loose management institutions,imperfect management system,backward maintenance system and so on.On this basis,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem: hardware: innovating the fund guarantee mechanism to guarantee the information infrastructure construction;establishing the information teaching incentive mechanism to improve the idle condition of resources;software: encouraging teachers to develop digital teaching resources and enriching the content of school information teaching resources;constructing the school information resource management platform scientifically to improve the management and application ability of resources;latent parts: training teachers in information technology and improving teachers’ information teaching level;resource management...
