There are great educational potentialities in the research on sexual differences, so in recent years, people in the field of education attach more and more importance to this subject. With questionnaires and live examples of Chinese teaching, analyses of sexual differences are made according to both intellectual and non-intellectual factors in this thesis. With these differences, different reasons are explored from various angles, including physical differences, psychological factors, schools, families, and social environments. Finally, some constructive and specific advice is given from the point of view of a teacher. The whole process including the set of the topic, the analyses of differences, the trace of the reasons and the corresponding measures are closely related to the teaching of Chinese. All this not only shows the personalities and features of both boy and girl students in Chinese learning, but also proves the vital function of education in this process. I sincerely hope my thesis will be of some help to other teaching staff.
