| Informal groups in senior high school are actual facts, which are very important for forming good styles of school, class and study, for improving teaching qualities, for cultivating students' moral, values, learning attitude, behavior habits. It is a hot topic for educators how to recognize and guide informal groups in high school. This study, which explores 167 students in Grade Two at No.1 Senior High School of GuYuan City, in NingXia Province, is about the theoretical analyses and verifiable researches of informal groups from forming reasons, types, characters and functions in senior high school. Meanwhile this study will provides several acceptable educating management strategies for educating informal groups, especially lagging-students of informal groups: (1) To recognize correctly informal groups; (2) To treat differently informal groups; (3) To reinforce the cohesion of informal groups; (4) To pay attention to guiding the role persons; (5) To take notice the goal aggregate of informal groups. This result will help informal groups elaborate positive effect, limit passive effect. It is very important to improve teaching qualities and there is main significance for class adviser in educating management class. |
