| The students of secondary vocational schools(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational schools)used to be outstanding in the historical stage.They achieved excellent results and made great contributions to the development of the country and society.But as time goes on,the status of secondary vocational schools in the education system is declining.The enrollment objects of secondary vocational schools have changed from the former junior high school graduates who only have excellent academic performance and meet the requirements of the unified examination to the students who only have junior high school graduation certificate.Secondary vocational students in class activities and interpersonal communication,due to the influence of hobbies,personality characteristics and other factors,will form a variety of informal student groups.Due to the concealment and decentralization of informal student groups,it brings great challenges to student management.Among them,the negative Informal Student Group has a great impact on the construction of class spirit and school spirit.If we do not pay attention to guidance,it will bring great difficulties to the school work.Therefore,this study selects the negative informal student group in secondary vocational schools as the research object.By deeply understanding the current situation,characteristics,causes and adverse effects of the group,this study finds the deficiencies in management and puts forward feasible suggestions,in order to provide reference suggestions for class management,especially the management of negative informal student group.This study mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview,obtains 465 effective student questionnaires,and communicates with 8 members of negative informal student group and 10 head teachers to understand the specific situation and management strategies of negative informal student group in the school.Through the research,it is found that this group has the following current situation: this kind of group actually exists,and there are deviations in the discrimination of group nature between teachers and students.This kind of group has common group characteristics,which are mainly reflected in: the group scale is small,the structure is stable,the composition of members is complex,the relationship is close,the degree of interdependence is high,the decision-making within the group is more democratic,there are "core figures" in the group,there is a lack of correct career planning,the members’ academic performance is generally poor,the academic performance is low,and the outlook on life needs to be guided.After analysis,the negative informal student group is mainly formed by similar interest experience,from the same region,students’ Rebellious Psychology and lack of family care,which ultimately affects personal future development,school spirit,classroom teaching quality and management difficulty.By analyzing the current management measures for negative informal students at the level of teachers and schools,it is found that teachers pay less attention to this kind of group,do not go deep into the group,the management effect is not significant,the management means is single,the participation of teachers is low,and the head of class is lack of management experience;There are some deficiencies in the management of the school,such as imperfect rules and regulations,unreasonable curriculum,lack of special training in management,lack of campus culture construction,serious imbalance of teacher-student ratio and so on.Finally,from the perspective of teachers and schools,some suggestions are given: teachers should actively carry out moral education,do a good job in career planning,grasp the core figures,give full play to the students’ "shining point",go into the hearts of students,go deep into the group,adhere to long-term guidance,etc.;schools should strengthen the system optimization,curriculum improvement,special training,cultural construction,teacher expansion,home school Cooperation,etc. |
