Mental guidance has become a significant part of teachers' function. It has been a new attempt of mental guidance's development for teachers to go in for the job of mental guidance in our country. This research mainly discussed what individual mental guidance skills the middle school and primary school teachers need. By referencing the micro-counseling training model in abroad, and analyzing the function on individual mental guidance skills' gain for middle school and primary school teachers, we are to explored a effective training model which can promote the individual mental guidance skills, and to provide practical datum to the middle school and primary school teachers' mental guidance skills' training.This research contains two sections mainly:In the first section ,We developed a situation test about the middle school and primary school teachers' individual mental guidance skills as one of evaluative tools on the basis of the surveying fundamental principles ; in the second section, a train of individual guidance skills is carried on with the common middle school and primary school teachers though experiments. By comparing the results of the micro-training model with traditional instructional training, we got a set of materials about how to train the middle school and primary school teachers' individual guidance skills. Finally, a further inquiry and interpretation about the results of this experiment is also made by analyzing parts of the interview materials of the objects.The results of the research are as follows:1.
