With the progress of society and updating of education ideas, more and more people think a lot of person's life development in the teaching. In the field of education, more people start in researching lived experience and studying its education values. This article launched the research on the flaw phenomenon of student's experiences in view of the teaching. Based upon the elaboration of basic philosophies of experience thoughts, this article analyzed the experience question in teaching domain. Furthermore, this article unified the experience with student's life growth, then, do this research. Therefore did this, is for seeking methods to solve the question in the realistic school and making the idea turn into the reality.The paper introduction discussed the questions existed in the nowadays teaching, then analyzed the main reasons of the flaw of the student's experience and pointed out the one-sided understanding and the wrong understanding on the experience question which existed in education theory and practice. In this foundation, this part made the limits to the experience in the teaching and the student's life growth. Then, this article analyzed the predecessor's research and clarified the confusions of the domestic and foreign experience conceptions. While pointed out the predecessor's study insufficient, this part showed the research direction and the intention.First part of the paper is the history of experience question. In this part, the article ascended to the headstream of the experience question and analyzed experience thoughts in Chinese and foreign cultures. From the ancient to modern Chinese teaching thoughts, the paper explored the historical evolution of experience thoughts. As far as domestic teaching thoughts are concerned, the article put emphasis on viewpoints of experience thoughts contained in the teaching thoughts of Confucius, metaphysicians of Zen, Wei Dynasty and Wang Shouren. As for foreign teaching thoughts, the article focused on the fundamental viewpoint of experience thoughts contained in the teaching thoughts of ancient Greek philosophers, Bergson, John Dewey, Abraham Maslow and Rodgers. Comparison is also made based on the elaboration to denote the historical process of the thoughts of experience.
