Paying attention to the generation of students’ emotion and the cultivation of personality, experience teaching is a new teaching mode accepted by the vast number of educators. First-line teachers are trying to apply experience teaching in the class, but there also exists some problems needed improving in the actual operation. Based on the research of experience teaching, this paper analyzes the problems appeared in the "cultural life" module application and puts forward the corresponding strategy.In addition to the introduction, this paper includes five parts:The first part expounds the concept of experience teaching, analyses the connotation of experience teaching, the personal experience, interactivity, emotionality, etc.The second part expounds the practical significance of applying experience teaching, namely to improve effectiveness of classroom teaching, to establish a new type of relationship between teachers and students, to form the moral emotion and morality of students, and to cultivate the students’ subjective consciousness.The third part describes the problems in the implementation of experience teaching: First, the experience activities were unreasonable; second, experience teaching becomes a mere formality but no high efficiency; third, the experience teaching class is in a mess; and fourth, the teaching evaluation has disadvantages. The reasons of these problems mainly include: the pressure of college entrance examination; deficiency of experience teaching ability; being short of ability to control the rhythm of classroom lack and the unitary teaching evaluation.The fourth part aims at the problems of experience teaching in "cultural life", probes into the optimization tactics of it. On the one hand is that the teacher should design various activities, on the other hand, teachers must strengthen learning, and improve the ability of their own experience teaching; Then, the teacher should improve the ability to control the rhythm of classroom. What’s more, the teacher should take diversified evaluation to promote the students’ all-round development.The fifth part is about the design of the “cultural life moduleâ€. This has a positive role in promoting ideological and political teaching reform, especially, the “cultural life module†in the high school. |
