There are still some PE teachers who just have traditional experiences, but the higher request is put forward for the PE teacher by the progress of the society and the development of the PE education, that calls for research-teachers. So the author endeavors to construct a platform to develop research-teachers in the thesis by inquiring into Teachers' Action Research to encourage more PE teachers to become researcher-teachers.This text is divided into three parts:The first part: The author examine the actuality and discover the problem, then put forward the PE research-teacher. In this part, the author elaborate the intension of research-teacher of PE, locate the role which be need for the development for society and education, analyze the current situation and cause. After research, the author discover that the PE teacher lack to reflection to co-operation, face the realities of margin, the author put forward the research-teacher.The second part: Analyze the action research and seek the suitable general plan. The article will seek research-teacher which be based on analyzing action research. First explain the action research, then analyze the influence, and aim to Teachers' Action Research last.The third part: Pay the fulfillment then promote the PE teacher to grow up. The article thinks that the PE teacher will grow up to be based on reflection education, discuss the advantage and bad situations for research-teacher of PE to exhibit Action Research, analyze the necessity feasibility and the aim, set up the implement general plan for primary and junior PE teachers, with that expectant to be benefit for the PE teacher to grow up.
