21st century science and technology further advances, the scientific and technological revolution has entered a broad area. Education and social awareness are gradually to promote that human resources are the primary resource to enhance the national strength and social development, but the ultimate objective is human development and human well-being for social development, therefore upholding the "people-oriented", "the full development of human potential" for the purpose of the concept of quality education in our higher education theory and practice gradually established its core status, China's higher education has gradually shifted from the specialized skills training based educational objectives to develop a "comprehensive development." Higher education must be placed on quality education to train students for the first time to meet the Times needs.Academic lectures is an important means and ways. Through a variety of academic lectures to consolidate, deepen classroom learning expertise, and expand students professional knowledge, broaden their horizons and learn about the latest developments in the professional disciplines. The paper from the academic perspective analysis graduate quality education, introduce the role on academic lectures for the quality of graduate education, following summarized briefly Beijing University, Qinghua University, Fudan University, Nanjing University lecture, and then survey and analysis Chongqing University's graduate listen to academic lectures. Finally give some advises about how to strengthen the core academic lectures for graduate education quality.
