Recently ,The elementary education reformation has already been a main melody in the international education. But the appraisal then is a difficult problem which various countries pay attention together and devote to .At present, Our appraisal is in a static and undated state and in the utility .It neglects students' process experience and individuality development in study .New term of curriculum to reform pays attention to appraisal process, displays appraisal development function. New education appraisal should be dynamic, develop, face the future. It will have to highlight its drive and the feedback function ,and promote the lifelong sustainable development.The appraisal idea pays peat attention to "the quality" instead of "the quantity", this is the historical regress; In any kind of teaching ,the appraisal may play the promotion or the hindrance role, so is language teaching. Taken the language teaching appraisal as the main body . classroom instruction to the student the appraisal is a key to promotes the student to develop, especially the elementary and micelle school students. Therefore, in the language classroom instruction, how to effectively uses appraises, effectively develop potential ,and strengthen self-confidence, cultivate interest is important. However,we comprehensively survey our appraisal in the classroom instruction to the student ,we have realized there are many problems. They more or less have dampened the enthusiasm and the initiative in study .The root lies in to the present situation, the appraisal is not interviewee and analysis to the material, we again obtain new implication, to appraisal.On basis of the current language classroom instruction situation, I propose the corresponding solution countermeasure. The key point lies in the third chapter, through experiment and the case , it exhaustively elaborates the appraisal and the implementation countermeasure. It finally analyzes the limitation of appraisal in the language classroom instruction, and points out further direction.This research innovation lies in the appraisal theory and the practical organic synthesis .In the Marxism about human's full scale development theory ,many Yuan intelligences theory and the learner psychology rule, I expound the implementation countermeasure to the student in the appraisal. Although there are many questions to be worth further discussing. But this research has made the beneficial attempt after all in the education appraisal domain development. I hoped the text can provide the inspiration and the model for the worker ,general teachers for the education appraisal theory.
