The Research Of Students' Informal Groups In Secondary Vocational School

This thesis has carried on an overall, objective, accurate study of the informal group of the students existing in the vocational school. It aims at helping and inspiring to the students' work in the vocational school. The method of the research of this thesis mainly adopts qualitative one. The research objects are locked in multi-channel and multi-method to carry on case study. I have made every effort to carry on objective, accurate research to present the research object.Besides the introduction ,The thesis contains four chapters:Chapter One Research route , approaches and courses. I have preserved the research routes, explained the research approaches, courses, the locking of the objects and collecting of materials.Chapter Two Narrating the stories. I have narrated the story of the students' informal groups, and introduced the common types of the informal groups briefly, preparing for the deep thinking in the following analysis.Chapter Three Analyzing and Understanding. I have explained the main contents of students' informal groups, and introduced the current situation of students' communication. I have comprehensively explained the origin causes, characteristics, functions of informal groups and mechanism and way of influence of these four selected informal groups.Chapter Four Dissect thinking. I have summarized some conclusions of case study systematically, and put forward the correct attitude of treating the informal groups, and prospected the subsequent study. Finally, I have reviewed such problems as effective intensity , believable intensity, ethics of this research ,etc.The final result of study:1. The existence of the informal groups has its certainty.2. The Informal groups are forms and results of students' effective contacts and communications.3. The Informal group is a socialized route and result.4. The informal group is " internal stage where students show their talent".5. The informal group is one of students' life styles.6. Understand and communicate the informal groups.
