| MBA education is the product of market economy. At present, failing to meet market requirement is the prominent problem of MBA Education in China, as well as one of the main reasons for other problems.This paper attempts to analyze MBA education category and its historical development. Based on this, it holds that market requirement is the inherence and basic motivity of MBA education's origin, reforming, and development. By using factor analysis method, it puts forward six elements to analyze and evaluate MBA education's market adaptability: scale, structure, education management system, way of enrollment, teaching, employment guidance. In macroscopic level, current education management system in our nation restricts MBA education's market-orientation; Although supply of China's MBA education can approximately meet market demand, the regional distribution of MBA education is irrelevant to regional economic development. What's more, its layer structure and major structure don't coincide with market requirement. In microscopic level, the MBA enrollment way has the poor operation efficiency and validity of selection. Its curriculum, teaching method and current teaching faculty can't satisfy the training need. Several problems emerge in employment guidance, that is, unsound organizations, incomplete functions, and severe short of guidance and education of career development.In the final part, based on system organization theory and market driven organization theory, this paper constitutes a model of promoting the adaptability of China's MBA education, and also gives some microscopic tactics and macroscopic policy advice. |
