The purpose of this paper is to probe into how adult education helps adults realize continuing socialized, and improve the order of the social strata., For this purpose, this paper is divided into four parts:Part one: The definition related to the concept of the research. This part aims to define the social strata and social movements, from two points of the view ------the movement and the static state, which are the basis of the research ?From the view of the static state, the social strata analyzes and describes the divided contents of the social strata structure, forms, levels and distribution patterns formed, the aim of which is to research the transition process of the social strata structure divided. I have learned classification criteria from a "class structure of contemporary Chinese society group" of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences which are organization resources, economic resources and cultural situation as a standard, based on job classification. The main meaning of social movements is a process individual crossing the major sectors of the border from one social class to another social class, or that people in social relations from a social status space to another position movement. Under the direction, it can be divided into levels and vertical movements;depending on the reference point, it can be divided into the same generation different generation movements;according causes, it can be divided into structural and free movements.Part two: Contemporary Chinese social strata structure outlined. This part introduces the specific contents of the contemporary Chinese society, the factors that impact on contemporary China as well as movement features.Contemporary Chinese society can be divided into three classes, namely the elite class, the middle class and the disadvantaged class. Social movements are affected by state system, the social environment, family background, personal factors. And on performance of the contemporary Chinese social movements features, the paper analyses them from the direction, mobile access, mobile station.Part three: The analysis relations between class structure of contemporary Chinese society strata and adult education. This part mainly includes the situation analysis of people in the various social strata in contemporary China receiving adult education now, and of the interaction between people in the status ofcontemporary Chinese social mobility and adult education.In the analysis of the people receiving adult education, the article describes from the objectives of the five areas such as the region, the inherent level of education, economic status, age and gender. To ensure its effectiveness, I used questionnaires in the form of interviews, selecting a member of the class more representative . About the interaction between people in the status of contemporary Chinese social mobility and adult education, The article gives amore detailed explanation from the two aspects------adult education promotingthe rational flow to all sectors of society, and the rational flow of the social development promoting adult education .Part four: From a strategic point, the article advances how adult education can play a role reasonably in the promotion of social class structure of contemporary China .This article tries to build up the strategy of adult education firmly and effectively from media publicity, logistics education, the identification of development needs of adults, the establishment of communication platforms, concerns of vulnerable groups, enhance the quality of the elite, the middle class increasing specialization, and at the same time enhance vulnerable segments of the employment skills.
