It's thought that the development of the private elementary education has been a period, just like the neck of a vase. A lot of private elementary education, which ever exercised a great influence have been disappeared, but people who are still persisting are faced with a serious existence crisis-----which is the way for the private education?The writer, as an instructor who puts her heart into the private education, and a gradate student who studies master's degree, pays close attention to the problem of Elementary-education Stage ,did research about two private schools of Yiyang in Hunan: Chaoyang International Experimental School---:the writer's working place and Gaoping High School (another famous local private school). Thinking of the orientation of development of these two schools, she tries to find out a way to develop the private basic education through an analysis of the developing course and present situation.During the researching process of the two, the writer made contact with the private education supervisors assessment delegation and collected plenty of information, at the same time, she visited the founders, leaders and parts of teachers and students in the two, with many kinds of form, such as look up the record information, talk to someone alone, talk with each other together, use the scene of study method in Chaoyang International Experimental School and so on.There are many kinds of reasons to the private schools' present situation, of course, the schools themselves have many problems, so we'll mainly talk about the problem from this angle—not only praise their success, but also point out the problems of these similar private schools .For these, the writer raises the suggestion about orientation for operation of elementary-education, that is to go on sharing compulsoryeducation's worries, make the contributions to the elementary-education stage in order to meet the people's kinds of education needs. To achieve it, the private schools should operate from fund operation > administrative mode? quality system and teachers teams these four sides.
