Research On The Improvement Of College And University's Competence In Hebei Province

Considering the insufficiency of higher education development in Hebei Province and the demand of economical development, This paper does comprehensively work for promoting the college and university's competence in Hebei Province. The competence of the college and university depends on its ability for many aspects of education resources. In order to obtain these education resources, we must satisfy their different demands.The paper studys that question from the view of the higher education policy and the development of the college and university. First, from the view of Hebei Province, the study analyzes the questions of higher education and the enducational demanding from the ecnomic development, and then Compares macroscopic policy adopted by overseas region where education develop quickly, and finds out something useful for the higher enducation of hebei province , we use the pedagogy and the industrial economic theory and method to summarize and perfect it to propose policy and strategy that college and university of Hebei Province should adopt. Second, from the view of the college and university, the paper analyzes and researches the development strategy of domestic and foreign representative college and university, then learns from their experience and finds out their competence and the method to cultivate this competence, we conbine with Hebei Province's actual situation, uses the strategy management and marketing theory and method and through satisfying the market demands to higher education to obtain all kinds of education resources , the paper systematically researches the ideas and the methods of promoting the college and university's competence of Hebei Province .The paper gets the following conclusions by studying. The first is the policy and strategy which the Hebei government should adopt.
