It maintains high efficiency and equity in vocational education in line with modern educational concept of lifelong learning is also an important part of the restructuring of higher education, while the Top-The core issue is the supply side, as undergraduate institutions, and as the demand side of the Vocational School Students between the supply and demand balance.At present, due to our higher education, especially higher vocational education, supply and demand in the main there are two problems: First, socio-economic development accompanied by a large number of school-age population receive a higher level of demand for higher education and the limited supply of the contradictions of higher education; Second, the higher education sector supply and demand for economic modernization in terms of quantity, quality, type, level and structure of many contradictions, and this contradiction with a dynamic, long-term and volatility. Revealed the existence of these contradictions, that is the present stage of socio-economic reasons for the rapid development of high-quality professional and technical personnel of the high demand and due to China's current system of higher vocational education is lagging behind the development of high-quality vocational education caused by inadequate supply of qualified personnel.In this paper, China's current Top-system, as well as supply and demand factors, etc. was found between supply and demand of China's Top-vocational students in the problems and their root-causes, first of all, based on the current stage of China's higher vocational education supply and demand, combined with our higher vocational education in its own characteristics, from the national macro-control mechanism, undergraduate institutions, vocational institutions and effective coordination between the higher vocational students in Top-entry mechanism for a more in-depth various aspects of investigation and analysis. Second, through a large number of empirical studies found that vocational students in Top-status quo in the practical problems, sort out clues, the use of education, economics and other relevant theory, and learn from the advanced experience of Western developed countries, analysis Top-supply situation , by improving the quality of higher vocational education at this stage, improve the training system; increase information communication means to improve Top-supply level, to stimulate effective demand, improve the relevant laws and regulations to protect the education system and other measures so that ultimately effective to resolve our country at the present stage in the process of vocational students in Top-existence of supply and demand issues and effective countermeasures and suggestions to make the Top-of supply and demand in an ideal state of equilibrium, so that China's current system of vocational students in Top-to refined.Top-system of higher vocational students improve and perfect not only help the country establish a complete set of multi-level education and training patterns of higher vocational education system in line with socio-economic development and structural adjustment needs of higher education, but also for our country at the present stage building a harmonious society, promote lifelong education has important theoretical and practical significance.
