Tackling the challenges of the times and trend of life-long education, we must pay attention to the development of students' subjectivity, and change the way of teaching management which restricts students' subjectivity for the teaching of the center as teaching control at present, at the same time we should make great efforts to advance the innovation of management for teaching so as to create the condition for the development of students' subjectivity. This research have certain realistic meanings in promoting the high educational reform and promoting the development of students' subjectivity. Students' subjectivity refers to independence , initiative and creativity in this text, to develop students' subjectivity, which is a need of development of era , and a need of overall development of promoting people, also a need of improving educational teaching quality. Teaching management in higher education and development of students' subjectivity have very close relations: First, development of students' subjectivity request for innovation of teaching management, second, good teaching management is the basis for development of students' subjectivity, third, the level of the teaching management influences the result and degree of students' subjectivity development. There are some questions in the development of students' subjectivity in current teaching management in higher education, mainly in the following aspects: laggard management idea and team restrict the development of students' subjectivity; Teaching management system is unfavorable to the development of students' subjectivity; examination, to some extent, suppresses students' subjectivity; The scarcity of control over reform in education and guide of the teacher-student relationship cause students' subjectivity incompleteness; In teaching management, students subject words fall but fade out teaching outside the teaching management. If we try to improve the students' subjectivity by strengthening the teaching management, we must establish correct student view , teaching view , course view , quality view, talent view and management view in the teaching management, and improve teaching administrators' quality , give play to the institute and department further function of management for teaching, perfect the teaching management system of the credit system, implement subjectivity teaching and appraisal system, bringing up a teaching team with strong subjectivity and explore actively the ways of students' participation of teaching management etc.
