The thesis uses Qualitative Research that more and more used in social science. It tries to investigate the country teacher self feeling for teaching and learning based on IT, and deep studies the development road of the country teacher's information ability through talking with several teachers of the B area and Z school of city TianShui( a country junior high school).The result of research shows: Although the factors that affect country teacher' s ability of teaching and learning based on IT are various, the main aspect as follow. First, teacher doesn't think much of the teaching and learning based on IT and lack of training. Second, the past system of management and evaluation as well as the heavy burden of the teachers has affect teacher's teaching and learning based on IT. Third, the country teacher's practice and rethinking about teaching and learning based on IT is main road. finally, the country teacher' s developing motive gradually grows up from "imperfection motive" to" completed motive". Aim at the above problem, this thesis puts forward three suggestions: firstly, strengthen the training of students and teachers in normal university as well as system rebuilding. Secondly, offering a loose-fitting development space for country teacher's teaching and learning based on IT through developing the multiple evaluation system of teaching and management is benefit. Thirdly, it is important to offer sincere help but "blame" for country teachers in teaching and learning based on IT. |
