The essence of education and teaching is to promote the development of students,The development of students not only includes the progress and improvement of students' study,but also includes the development of students' skills,emotions and values.As the "development of national education in " 13 th Five-Year "planning" proposed take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education.It includes seven aspects,such as "promoting students' Ideological and moral level,cultivating students' innovative spirit and ability,and strengthening students' practical ability".As the main force in the development of colleges and universities,the level of teaching ability is the key to the development and teaching quality of colleges and universities.However,most teachers in colleges and universities are non-normal students,before receiving the job,there is not receive systematic education knowledge,and lacked educational experience,It causes great problems in teaching cognition,teaching design and teaching evaluation.At the same time,the phenomenon of "heavy research" and "light teaching" is prevalent in Universities,make teachers spend a lot of time and energy on scientific research,but education and teaching activities to do things carelessly,not paying attention to the improvement of teaching ability.Even if some teachers take part in training or study,it is also for the development of their career,ignoring the development needs of students,it is difficult to achieve the goal of teaching and promoting students' development.Based on this,this research is based on the theory of student development,the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of lifelong education,taking Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,constructing the evaluation framework of teachers' teaching ability based on students' development.Analyzing the existing problems and causes of teachers' teaching ability,and to promote the teaching ability of teachers put forward relevant suggestions.In order to put forward some strategies based on the development of students and the promotion of teachers' teaching ability,the full text is divided into: the first chapter introduces the research background,research value,research status,research methods and technology roadmap,define the concepts of students' development,teachers' teaching ability and teacher's teaching ability based on students' development.At the same time,it expounds the theoretical basis of this study;The second chapter expounds the necessity and the efforts of improving teachers' teaching ability based on students' development;The third chapter constructs the evaluation framework of teachers' teaching ability based on students' development;The fourth chapter mainly introduces sample selection and data description analysis,at the same time,analyzes the problems of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University teacher's teaching ability deviates from the development of students;The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons for the problems of teachers' teaching ability;The sixth chapter puts forward the strategy of improving teachers' teaching ability based on students' development.Firstly,should pay attention to the matching between teachers' teaching ability and students' development and matching with teacher needs at different stages of development;Secondly,we must improve the system of student evaluation of teaching,give full play to the role of teaching evaluation to promote development.Moreover,reforming teacher assessment system,improving teachers' teaching ability examination proportion;Finally,to establish and perfect the teacher training system,to provide incentives for teachers to improve their teaching ability.
