| With the time progress,People’s concept has changed,and then carry out a new round of reform.Teachers should improve their teaching ability.Instructional design capability,as an important part of teaching ability should particularly arouse teachers’ attention.Pre-service teachers as fresh blood of teachers,should focus on improving their own instructional design capabilities.The writer selected pre-mathematics teacher who with master’s degree as a research object.First,the writer define the concept of instructional design capability.Research the present situation of instructional design.Formulate three question:(1)the present situation of instructional design.(2)the change of instructional design.(3)the factor that influence the instructional design.In order to solve these problems.We select the appropriate instructional design model.Research methods are text analysis,interviews and classroom observation.Finally,get the following conclusions:(1)At the beginning of practice,the teaching objectives are abstract.Teaching content from textbooks.The information representation of teaching content is unitary.Regarded teaching evaluation as solving problem.Focusing on Learning Outcomes.At the ending of practice,the teaching objectives are specific.Pay attention to teaching content and real life.Teaching content are logical.There are a lot of characterization.Evaluation Content and Evaluation Method are diversity.(2)Instructional Design has improved.(3)There are three factors are instructional design knowledge、teaching practice and experienced teachers guide.And make the suggestion about how to improve the teaching design ability.Accumulate the knowledge about the teaching design.More actual teaching and ask for experienced teachers. |
