The Perspective Of Student In The Postmodernism Vision

Perspective of student is teachers'basic understanding and idea to students. It's teachers'basic recognize and attitude towards their educational objects about their position in the process of education; qualities of subject and uniqueness; and their emotion and character, which directly affects the aim, pattern and result of education. It contains perspective of life, perspective of development, perspective of potential, perspective of difference, perspective of right, perspective of evaluation. What kind of perspective of student We have, the same kind of perspective of education We have. The difference of perspective of student is a major factor which lead to the differences of educational result and types of personal training. Teachers'perspective of student is a main factor that consists of qualities of teachers. It is an important effective force which affects teachers'teaching aim; idea of value; attitude towards education; emotion and behavior of education; self-development of teachers and development of students. To this point, we say that good education results will depend on the setting of right perspective of student.At present, the research on perspective of student mostly bases on the perspective of modernism which emphasizes on the qualities of being centred; of being essential; of being united; of being limited; of being definite; of being the same and of being contrary and so on. This kind of perspective leads to limited recognize and understanding to students. As a kind of philosophic trend and a way of thinking, postmodernism plays an important part in the study of perspective of student ,because it provides us with a new perspective.In the perspective of postmodernism, this article first analysizes the structure of modern perspective of student and then criticizes some kind of perspective of student, such as instrumental rational perspective of student on life which based on modern thinking ways of philosophy; identical perspective of student on talent; contrary perspective of student on status; perspective of student on development; single perspective of student on evaluation and so on. In the view of modern perspective of student, students are regarded as parts which are needed to be made and be filled freely. They are instruments that can get marks. This kind of viewpoint neglects the differences of students'talent and their uniqueness and emphasizes on the contrary between students and teachers. Students are trained according to the similar type and pattern, which affects students'development and kills the vigor of education. Thus we can't train the healthy developing persons.
