It is the first time for our country, to introduce scientific inquiry into the education system of high school chemistry teaching on the investigation and summary of reform about international chemistry course. Meanwhile, scientific inquiry was considered the key entrance for reform about education this time, and it is advocated to variegated style of learning and teaching around the focus of scientific inquiry in teaching course. Now, it bacamed the important task for teachers in their position and education scholars of chemistry to pay closed attention to the reform primary chemistry course education.In this paper, we obtained important information and experience about the frequence and time to arrange the inquiry activity during the course of chemistry through investigating the chemistry teachers and their work. Thus, we establish the whole design for the chemistry education with scientific inquiry, and that will be benefit for the teachers in their position to promote the chemistry teaching and the overall development of the students. What is more, it will provide the valuble reference to the scholars in their academic activities.The book was composed of four departments, and the contents of each department outlined as bellow:Department of raising the object: to introduce reason for promoting the object, research directions and value of the object.Department of basic rationale: focus on reviewing summaring and analyzing the reference about essence, the elements and classification of scientific inquiry.The department of investigation and analyzing: to investigate and analyze the scientific inquiry teaching in teaching points a view of time. In detail, it included the ratio the time for scientific inquiry teaching to the whole course, the number of times of inquiry teaching activity in one semester, and the frequence and time course of unit activity of inquiry in one class.Department for discussion: To promote the whole design for scientific inquiry teaching style according the results of the investigation and analyzing .Moreover the factors about additional time occupied, difficulties to complete the scheming in teaching, and the methods to overcoming them were studied and discussed in detail.
