Along with the constant change of basic education in our country,the science education as the core of modern education,widely attention,and a new round of basic education reform is mainly focused on the "for the students" and advocates "inquiry-based learning ",which makes about scientific inquiry,exploratory teaching,theory and practice have sprung up vigorously.How to apply these theories to the teaching of different subjects,so that students can not only acquire the scientific knowledge and skills needed for life and the future,but also cultivate and cultivate their scientific thought,spirit,attitude and method? This is an important problem that current educators must face and consider."Scientific inquiry" is included in the biology curriculum standard of compulsory education(2011 edition),and it is suggested that teachers should use diversified teaching methods with inquiry as the core,so that students can acquire biological science knowledge in hands-on and brain-training activities and improve their biological science literacy.The effective way to acquire biological science knowledge and improve biological science literacy is to participate in biological science inquiry activities.Therefore,this study mainly focuses on the exploration of seed-related issues,and combines the seed-related content in biology of middle schools to constantly reflect,improve and design the corresponding scientific inquiry activities.It aims to guide students to effectively link biological knowledge with real life,actively study,design and think,so that they can not only draw inferences from one another,but also transfer and transform the knowledge they have acquired.At the same time,it is hoped that the results of this study can provide some reference for the design of biological science exploration activities.This study adopted the methods of literature research,experimental research and action research.First,by consulting literature and works related to the research,and combing and analyzing the relevant,the design theory of scientific inquiry activities and relevant cases are excavated and analyzed,so as to provide theoretical basis andpractical guidance for my own research.Then,from the perspective of an investigator,I will fully collect materials and questions related to seeds and conduct extensive research on them.Finally,the author combined the principles and theories related to the design of scientific inquiry activities with continuous reflection and improvement,and designed a series of scientific inquiry activities related to the seed for analysis and research.Through the reflection of the real inquiry experiment and the design of scientific inquiry activities,the author has a new understanding of the relevant issues of the design of scientific inquiry activities,(1)Before designing activities of scientific inquiry,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the scientific value,educational value and the relationship between the activities and real life.On this basis,the scientific,feasible and systematic nature of the research activities are considered.(2)The selection of core questions in scientific inquiry activities should consider students' cognitive development level.Before designing activities of scientific inquiry,it is necessary to analyze the relevant contents of the textbook and analyze the learning situation of the participants,so that the designed activities of scientific inquiry can be carried out in a real and effective way.(3)Real situation should be created in the design of scientific inquiry activities.The core questions of scientific inquiry activities should be based on children's interest and instinct,and the creation of real situation can not only stimulate students' interest and desire for inquiry,but also be the internal motivation of students' hands-on practice.(4)In the design of scientific inquiry activities,the design of core issues is the key point of the whole inquiry activities.Teachers should guide and inspire students to focus on core questions,make bold assumptions,make experimental plans,experience the process of inquiry,analyze experimental results,and share the findings of inquiry in scientific inquiry activities.So as to develop students' ability of scientific inquiry.(5)The design of scientific inquiry activity is carried out for all students.Teachers should pay attention to the combination of facing all students and teaching students according to their aptitude,giving students the time and space to think independently,and then guiding them to cooperate with each other and learn actively.
