In the information age,training new talented person is require. The innovationability and the informational ability are the new talented person's necessarycondition, therefore, student's information technology application ability raise intomodern education important content.In the vocational-technical school ,the "information technology" courses issimilar to "higher mathematics", "university physics" ,and becomes the publiccourses which must be opened. In the process of teaching "information technology"courses, there are some problems which we must face. Because the traditionalteaching model has been very difficult to solve these problems,it is difficulty torealize the teaching goal of "information technology" courses.This research attempts to use the newest study theory and the educationaltechnique theory. Through integrating information technology with informationtechnology curriculum,the new educational model is constructed,in order to solve thedifficulty problems in the curriculum teaching,and enhance the teaching theefficiency,at the same time raise the ability which the students academic societystudies , have the life long study the manner and the good informationaccomplishment.This thesis carries on the investigation,analysis and ponder to the presentuniversity information technology education present situation. Based on studying theinformation technology and the curriculum integration theory,constructivism theand humanism theory,the teaching design theory,and "taking the learning activity asthe central" teaching design thought,basic principle of learning activity designbased on information environment is proposed. The content system based onlearning activity is designed and its every factor is studied. The feasibility principlesand the methods are proposed. Most important,these principles and the methods areutilized to the concrete practice.
