| With the continuous development of education, a lot of new education policy and education concepts have been proposed to in the new reform of education, The basic idea is "follow the physical and mental development of students, with students as the subject". This is the current direction that education researchers are striving to do. If we truly want to take the students as the center, we must fully understand our students and recognize the characteristics of each students, know the differences between the students and respect the different personalities and characteristics of the students. As a teacher in the new century, we must make good instructional designs and improve the teaching efficiency when we realized the differences of the learning style and considered the influence of information environment on the instruction. In this way, we can get better and better in teaching.Firstly, this study through literature research methods, in-depth analysis of the research status at home and abroad, combined with education, educational psychology, educational information processing theory, made a thorough study of learning style, information technology teaching and teaching design. Based on the theoretical research, discusses the characteristics of "dominant—principal" instructional design mode, and in the information environment based on the effect of learning style on teaching activities, to optimize the old instructional design mode.Secondly, measured the learning style of students of the experimental school based on the new teaching design mode. Using Reid’s learning style inventory of items, and then improved to the questionnaire combined with the specific circumstances of the school, the formal questionnaire includes six dimensions,30items. Through the investigation of the formal questionnaire, collected the questionnaire and analyzed the date using SPSS software in the support of statistical theory, draw the students’learning tendency. Also, made a survey and analysis to information construction of experimental school, to provide protection for instructional design.Finally, the optimization of instructional design model applied to the actual teaching activities. The author assisted the teacher to complete the instructional design which based on learning style under the information environment in the experimental school. We recorded the teaching behavior and effect and improved the instructional design scheme. Try our best to optimize the instructional system design based on the combination of the informational environment and learning style of students’. Through this research, we knew that the targeted teaching was loved by the students. Learning initiative and learning achievement of the students had been improved evidently. |
