Stimulating and sustaining students' learning-motivation is the premise for the successful teaching and learning activities and is also the foundation that the student studies effectively. Currently, the motivation theories in psychology domain are very rich, but each theory only explains the reason and mechanism that mankind's behavior motivation takes place from one side. So they can't provide full direction for the instructional design. Because learning-motivation is a kind of psychological status and a kind of soft structure, for a long time, it was not considerate by the instructional technology researchers, and it was excluded out of the research domain of the instructional technology. After 1980's, part researchers gradually recognize the importance of integrating motivation theory into instructional design, whether the influence factors of the learning-motivation they put forward compose the full condition for stimulating and sustaining students' learning-motivation in the class is still to be discussed.Along with the development of informatization of education, information technology such as multimedia and network has been more and more used in education. The application of information technology in the most widespread education form—classroom become information technology classroom environment. The usage of information technology takes a new chance for improving students' learning-motivation. But use information technology blindly in the class can't motivate the students, so the research of instructional design for motivating student in information technology classroom environment is important and meaningful to the usage of information technology and motivating students in the class. Based on this, this article studies the instructional design for motivating student in information technology classroom environment. This article includes 5 parts as follows:Chapter one: instruction. Introduce the background of research and the research content, method; give the definition of the concept in the article.Chapter two: literature overview. Talk about the present condition of motivation research in psychological domain, instruction theory domain, instructional design domain and the present condition of the research on the topic of the article.
