To finish this task requires the cooperation with concerted effort among the rural occupational education, basic education, and adult education, some of them, the rural occupational education takes extremely important effect. At present, the medium occupational education in our country has gained the tremendous achievements, but the gap between the urban and the rural is still the chronic illness hinting the further development of the occupational education in our country, and this gap is extending continuously, which has become the bottleneck restricting the integrative development of the education in high school phase in our country, so that it influences on the sustainable development of the whole educational career. This research just takes the importance and difficulty of the development of educational career in our country as the object for research, takes the forecast of educational development index as the breakthrough point for the research, sketching the brief survey of development of rural occupational high schools in our country from now to 2020.This paper is the special research for forecasting the index of the development of occupational high schools in our country, and the occupational education presently faces to the large gap between the urban and the rural, which is the objective background for this research, bridging the gap between the urban and the rural and the common development of them are the value guidance of this research.
