The Research On How To Deal With Some Problems During The Construction Of School Culture

As school culture reviews not only the construction of a school's materials but also the educational concept, it develops with the blooming of China's new educational system, namely, the education for all-around development. The construction of school culture is fruitful under the situations of harmonious society. There are, however, some problems that can not be overlooked, such as source wasting caused by too much material investment lacking effective management, emphasizing forms instead of content and procedure of school activities, attaching importance to school's entirety with few class characteristics , paying close attention to the psychological situation of students' but ignoring that of the teachers'. All the above problems affect the sound effects of education. Thus, how to optimize the school culture and accordingly to help students develop harmoniously is of great importance.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the foreword, which expounds the reasons of putting forward the issue, and draws a line of some main concepts and the range of the study. The second part is a general survey of school culture. The third part mainly analyzes some problems occurring during the construction of school culture both in and outside the author's school. The fourth part puts forward some practical solutions, like paying more attention to the culture of material and system, the content of activities, the distinctive class features and the harmonious relationship. If adopted, the research may optimize the school environment and help students as well as the society develop in a harmonious way.
