Ethic Adjustment Of The University Student's Change Of Professional Values In The New Era

With the undertaking of the reform and open policy, our country is experiencing a transitional period of transforming from the planned economic system to the socialist market economic system;during the last few years, finding an ideal profession becomes a knotty problem for university students . The value outlook that once took a core place in people's ideological concept now is undertaking a complex and profound change and playing a crucial role in the course of their professional idea. As a result of their harmful professional idea, university students are having trouble in finding ideal jobs .The university student have taken important role and they are indispensable talent person. The problem becomes more and more severe with the penetration of our policy .We seldom discuss the change of professional values from the ethical perspective .So it is high time to research the university student's professional values in the new era . This paper is made up of introduction conclusion and three parts. The first part deals with the relations between values and professional values.
