This paper discusses university's management from ethic angle. It thinks university must keep to some basic principals and do ethic analysis in university's management. Moreover, ethic spirit must be impenetrated into every act in university's management. This paper explore ethic management's meaning and principals and practice and construction. Author hope manager in university obtain much value advice and improve management quality in university. What reason to select the theme in this paper? There are two reasons. One is from the development of management subject. Now , ethic management is a new field in management subject. Neither does the management in university. Ethic management chiefly appear in business management, and does't appear in higher education. Therefore, author attempt to using point of ethic management in university's management . The other reason is from the realistic problem. The model of management in university in China belong to bureaucracy pattern which has reasonable and efficient factor, but lead to much deficiency. In order to make up for deficient in bureaucracy, this paper reflect to ethic management and explore the higher management's pattern. This paper is composed of fine parts. The first part which is introduced the reasons of theme and study meaning is forewords. The second part talk about theory of ethic management in university. Firstly, this part introduce all kinds of authority's definition knowledge in management subject and concept , and then make clearly definition of ethic management in university. Secondly, this part discuss fine functions of ethic management in university: lessening ethic's risk; increasing competitive power in university; stimulating teacher's and student's incentive; improving student's quality of ethic; promoting development of school; making up for deficiency of bureaucracy; raising manage quality in university. At last, this part introduces the source of theory ethic management in university which concludes ethic management and traditional ethic. The third part introduces how to complete ethic management in university. Firstly, this part think that there is't a contradiction between ethic management and system management, but is integral in order and efficiency. Also, ethic management follows evolvement course of management system in society. So, author thinks that it is unavoidable for ethic management in university. As a result, manager in university must abide by basic principals, such as justice and equality and democracy and humanize. Moreover, ethic management embody in manage action in university, such as analysis of decision-making, analysis of harmonization, analysis of incentive. The fourth is that how to construct ethic management in university. This paper thinks that there are at least free factors. Firstly, manager in university must improve their ethic quality. Human source is most important source in management act. So, manager's ethic quality directly decide manage quality. Therefore, secondly, manager in university must construct formal system of ethic management because every manage style must lie in design of system. So, ethic management in university must construct all kinds of system, including professional ethic system and ethic valuing system and ethic incentive system and ethic training system. Thirdly, manager in university must construct excellent school culture because school culture is everywhere and affect profoundly every person's value and action. Therefore, if manager construct excellent culture, ethic management in university will be eternal. The fifth is conclusion. This part recapitulates viewpoint of the paper and structure. There mainly have documentary method and comparative method in this paper.
