Along with a rapid expansion recently, higher education in our country is in a newdevelopment period. Many new problems appear in this period, especiallyundergraduate employment problem, which has drawn widespread concerns ofrelevant department leaders, experts, scholars in universities and society.However, at present, undergraduate career guidance work still has a long way to go.The majority of universities only offer guidance at some stages for undergraduatesand an entire set of system has not been built yet. In this thesis, the author attempts topresent new ideas to improve career guidance work and extend career guidancecontents, to promote career education work and solve undergraduate employmentproblem by thoroughly studying and constructing a whole employment educationsystem.The thesis began with expounding the topic background and significance, clarifyingthe key points, difficulties and innovative points of the research, then the currentcareer guidance situation in our country has been thoroughly studied through a briefreview of the historical evolution of employment system and the domestic and foreignundergraduate career education work development history and present condition.The research is based on questionnaires of the undergraduate employment situation.The author carried on comprehensive and objective analysis of existing problems,discovered the weak points and problems. Meanwhile, the author proposed the idea ofbuilding the entire-journey undergraduate employment education system, whichincludes four periods: employment exploration period, employment localizationperiod, employment practice period and employment differentiation period, andelaborated these four periods specific contents. These four periods constitute integrityto make up the insufficient points of the current career guidance work. Moreover, theauthor presented the realization methods and ways to improve universitiesemployment education work and to establish undergraduate career guidance system. |
