| Since the beginning of the new century,China’s higher education has entered the stage of popularization.The number of college graduates has increased year by year.The employment situation has received much attention from the society,and it has also attracted the attention of the academic circles.With the deepening of the concept and connotation of college employment work,it is difficult to reflect the employment comprehensively and scientifically.To measure the quality of colleges and universities,the employment market demand and the employment prospects of graduates,the quality system of graduates based on the undergraduate training process is very necessary.Based on the analysis and summary of the original research results,this study comprehensively applies the theory of process theory and total quality management,and uses text analysis and expert survey methods to find out the employment quality factors related to the undergraduate training process comprehensively.Process employment quality planning,implementation,evaluation and feedback are elaborated,and finally the graduate employment quality system is constructed.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and significance,the summary status of domestic and foreign,the content and methods,and reviews the status of employment quality of college graduates.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the core concept.Firstly,it defines two core concepts of undergraduate training process and graduate employment quality system.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis,process theory and total quality management theory of the article,and in detail the application of each theory in pedagogy,and builds the theoretical model of P-PDCA and related content of this study.The third part is the analysis of the factors affecting the employment quality of undergraduate training in colleges and universities.Firstly,it finds the influencing factors of employment quality from macro,meso and micro perspectives,and then combines the training period of colleges and universities to screen the components of employment quality system.Finally,it combines the expert survey method to classify the constituent elements,and draws five elements,namely employability,employment,courses,employment services,employment quality evaluation and employment quality feedback.The fourth part is the sub-employment quality system subsystem of the undergraduate training process,namely the employment ability subsystem,the employment course subsystem,the employment service subsystem,the employment quality evaluation subsystem and the employment quality feedback subsystem.The fifth part is the construction of the graduate employment quality system in the undergraduate training process.From the perspective of the undergraduate training cycle,the four cycles of planning,execution,inspection and processing are implemented,and based on the principles of whole process and dynamics,student subject and school leadership,integrity and feasibility. |
