| With setting-up of the socialist market economy system and being perfectly, the constant promotion of high educational reform, college's sports meeting the needs of socialist marked economy for the starting point and regarding the demands of society as the home, takes the development path of college's sports intension actively, and opens to society progressively from the past which is single and closed, non-gratuitous sports service is a model. It is that college's sports teachers, gymnasiums and stadiums facility exploit their advantages and offer including opening gymnasiums and stadiums facility, training of sports, sports referee training, sports consultation and sports recovery for teachers and students of college, social personnel after normal teaching, training. It can not only meet the diversified sports demand after people's growth in earnings, but also can alleviate the deficiency of facilities of social gymnasiums and stadiums, promote Wholesome Plan, supplement the deficiency of sports funds of the college, all of thatcan bring certain realistic meanings and realize the bumper harvests of college' s social benefits and economic benefits.By the application of documents questionnaires, inquire-making with experts and statistics, the paper regards 10 colleges in Chengdu as the research object, through investigating the current situation that 10 colleges launch non-gratuitous sports service, it undertakes an analysis about its strategies and puts forth some constructive suggestion, the aim is to offer the theoretical foundation fpr how develop non-gratuitous sports service in collegeThis paper includes three parts: (1) Propose comprehension and feature of non-gratuitous sports service, prove power mechanism of non-gratuitous sports service in college of Chengdu; (2) Analyze thoroughly current situation of non-gratuitous sports service in college of Chengdu, point out the existing problems; (3) According to the analysis result of the current situation , propose the strategies, put forth some suggestions. The paper has also drawn the following conclusions in the course of comprehensive research:(1) 10 colleges in Chengdu investigated all launch non-gratuitous sports service, sports teachers, gymnasiums and stadiums facilities, market advantage are obvious, have steady sports consumer markets, but development is at the starting stage , lack the systematic policy and regulation system to support ;(2) The purpose of non-gratuitous sports service is mainly by " offers sports service for this college teachers and students, improves life quality of them-", " supplements school sports equipment and deficiency , apparatus of funds " and " offers sports service for community masses3 main fact ". The target of the service takes students and teaching and administrative staffs in the school as the core, teachers rely mainly on teacher of this school;(3) Non-gratuitous sports service range little, Non-gratuitous ongymnasiums and stadiums facility is better, taking recreation project as the core to the training of the sports events, it has certain markets that the referee is trained, sports is consulted and health-related service of sports recovery have not launched in college. Generally, the development model is sealed, lack the scale effect, management lacks unified rules and regulations and supervision system; Propaganda strength to non-gratuitous sports service is not enough;(4) The type of operation of non-gratuitous sports service relies mainly on contracting to run collectively; Charge has not made the unified standard, there are other policies while implementing; Gymnasiums and stadiums facility responsible institutions of all colleges are inconsistent;(5)The factors influencing non-gratuitous sports service including the leader does not stand and give the policy , pressure of college and lacking management of professional personnel of the college, among them lack specialized sports industry talents becomes one of the main bottlenecks.(6) Influence the relevant factors of benefit output: The scale of the college is in direct proportion to benefit of non-gratuitous sports service, the college in the urban area of position produces more benefits than the college of the suburb, quality of gymnasiums and stadiums facility and sports events choose correct to influence benefit of output directly or not.
