The Effectiveness Research For Local Middle Vocational-Technical School's Organization

For recent few years middle vocational-technical education has developed fast. The government has further determined the important role of vocational-technical education in national economic construction, and adheres to the balanced development between vocational education and other education to form the development layout of vocational education that adapts to market economic demand. But we can't ignore the existing discrepancy that traditional school management doesn't suit with school modernization. Meanwhile, the task of middle vocational-technical school that mainly trains technique has determined that it is different from general high school, but dated teaching and learning organization often restricts the realization of the task. Although vocational education developed fast in recent few years, because of many reasons in history the shortage of the appropriation is still a important factor that restricts vocational education development of our country. Besides, middle vocational-technical school, after material modernization, mostly aims at school management's modernization, so organization's effectiveness is the main reflection of school's scientific management and the important meaning of vocational-technical school's modernization.According to above, author consider it necessary to make a effectiveness research for local middle vocational-technical school's organization. By using modern scientifically-managing theories and making investigations for the managing status of local middle vocational-technical school, the thesis explores management's reform for middle vocational-technical school and optimizes all aspects of school management from a organization's point of view, to boost organization's effectiveness and realize lower investment but high output and effectivelypromote sustainable development of middle vocational-technical school.The thesis, in the researching organization's effectiveness, centres around three fundamental factors that affect organization's effectiveness. First, the institution of organization should accord with school's educating task and reflect technique-based principle. Second, managing measures should help boost organization's effectiveness and conform to the devolopment of modern vocational education, and continuously forge the innovation of the measure. Third, staffs' qualities and the coordination between them are key factor that boosts organization's effectiveness. We should devolop the education of human's thought modernization and management's scientific principles and speed up the promotion of staffs' qualities to form a lot of high qualities' staff members.The first part of this thesis introduces the research's background and basis and conception's definition and researching method. The second part is to investigate the status of local middle vocational-technical school organization's effectiveness and analyse the result and give a cause's analysis. Three part, based on investigation and interview, is to further elaborate the main factors that affect middle vocational-technical school organization's effectiveness. The forth part is to propose the measure for boosting the organization's effectiveness from the institution of organization and managing measure and staffs' qualities, that is, to institute the organization according to the characteristic of middle vocational-technical school, to set up and complete organization-managing measure's system, to promote staffs' qualities for building the organization's atmosphere of high effectiveness.
