| The Gansu Basic Education Project have been operated for five years in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture; Kangle, Hezheng, Jishishan and Dongxiang. It has improved the condition of education and teaching and the quality of teachers in the four target counties. This research has investigated the difficulties of junior middle school chemical teacher at teaching in Kangle and analyzed the cause of the difficulties and put forward the countermeasure.The teachers faced serious challenge of the new curriculum. The new requirements has been put forward by the new standard of chemical curriculum for junior middle school chemical teacher.The difficulties of junior middle school chemical teacher at teaching in Kangle was short of knowledge of modern chemistry, education, psychology , chemical teaching and modern education technology. The ability to teach in class , to do experiment, to use multiple teaching resource was not very well. The cause is backward educational ideal and the system of evaluation. The working condition is very hard. They were short of the chance to take part in training and studying.The countermeasure to solve the difficulties is to set up a system of evaluation to promote teachers' professional development. More and more junior middle school chemical teacher in Kangle will grow up the core member of teaching. The teachers should contribute to improve the quality of education and teaching in Kangle. |
