Content: Education is a long-term project in which teachers play the most important role.Teachers' further education can make sure the teachers' specialization improvement and thecarrying out of quality education in elementary and middle schools. District teachers' furthereducation school exists in response to bridge the gap between the teachers' status quo and therequirements set for them. Meanwhile, it functions the fundament in our country's educationsystem and contributes a lot to China's nine-year compulsory education. With the completionof teachers' academic level improvement in compulsive education period, it's time forelementary and middle school teachers to focus on their quality improvement as a whole. Theissue of "Regulations of Elementary and Middle School Teachers' Further Education"speeds up China' s further education in elementary and middle schools. At the same time, itthrows a demanding task for teachers' talent tailoring. How to improve the work in districtteachers' further education school? How to make sure it functions well in reformation andinnovation to meet the requirements of the developing society? That's what I'm to deal within this paper.The paper is devided into three parts. The first part is about the neceesity of strengthening the teachers' further education schools. The second part analyses the main problems that the schools are facing with. The third is about the future objective of the teachers' further education schools, and the essential conditions to achieve the target.
