Oral communicative capacity is one of the basic elements of a person and it is also the most essential communicative skills. One can gain better human relations and more career opportunities with nicer oral communicative skills. According to the facts of vocational school students as well as my teaching experience, I did a research on improving vocational school students oral communicative capacity. It is presented as follows: The 1st section—Dissertation on the importance of improving oral communicative capacity. With the development of society, requirements of oral communicative capacity are getting higher and higher. There are always four parts of Chinese teaching—listening, speaking, reading and writing, among which capacities of listening and speaking cannot be ignored utterly. In modern society, with lots of competitions, students have to peruse requirements from society if they want to succeed. So whether one can communicate with others easily decides whether he can get more opportunities. The 2nd section—Dissertation on actuality on oral communicative teaching. Oral communicative teaching seems negligible according to exam—only evaluation system. Although diathesis education is now promoted, oral communicative teaching is still not in the right position and the research is not enough. The 3rd section—Oral communication is a kind of complicated psychological process. Listening and speaking seem easy yet they have a close relationship with attention, thinking, memory, imagination, motivation and interests. The 4th section—It is necessary for us to research into its characteristics on condition that we can have effective teaching. The 5th section—The key point of the essay focus on oral communicative capacity teaching, it focuses on teaching theoretical renewal, clear teaching aims, setting up consummating education system and establishing relevant courses. As in learning, it focuses on how teachers improve suitable strategies during courses, scaffold students to grasp oral communicative ways and get students to make some suggestions. Besides, oral communicative evaluation is mentioned. According to the students, in order to improve their oral communicative capacity, let's make full use of vocational Chinese course to improve students'practical ability.
