The key to the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools is to constantly improve the professional skills of teachers,which is also the key to cultivate high-quality applied talents for the society.Based on the three secondary vocational schools in Heilongjiang province as an example,from the basic situation of teachers,teacher's ethics strengthen construction,professional,training mechanism and the teachers' satisfaction in five as pects,such as in-depth analysis of the development of secondary vocational school teachers' current situation and existing problems,and the data analysis results show that the current secondary vocational schools "double type" teachers team construction overall quality is not high,unstable teachers,professional structure is not reasonable.This paper analyzes the causes of the above problems from three aspects: the imperfect training mechanism of "double-qualified" teachers,the lack of scientific evaluation system and salary incentive mechanism are the reasons leading to the establishment of "double-qualified" teachers.The lack of long-term planning for the construction of teaching staff and the simplification of "double-qualified" teachers' introduction channels are the main reasons for the problems in schools.However,the low practical ability,work enthusiasm and lack of clear career plan ning of double-qualified teachers are the personal reasons for the problems.On the basis of the above research,this paper proposes:on the macro system level,implement the "double-qualified" teacher certification standards,build the "double-qualified" teacher title evaluation system,and improve the "double-qualified" teacher training system;At the level of middle school,we should broaden the channels of talent introduction,establish diversified incentive mechanism and improve the treatment of "double-qualified" talents.On the micro personal level,we should establish the concept of building morality and cultivating people,improve our own ethics,strengthen the professional quality and practical skills of "double-qualified" teachers,and help teachers to do a good job in career planning.
