On Development Of The School Moral Education Under Vision Field Of The Political Civilization

The report of the 16th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China has confirmed socialist political civilization as the historical mission of our party and an important goal of well-to-do society in an all-round way, it is the first time in the history of our party, which indicates that our part has deepened the cognition to the law of the development of our party and the socialist modernization construction ,and begin to treat and advance the development of politics in terms of human development of civilization. Civilization means human transforms the natural, the society and the subjective world's positive achievement. Then, the positive political achievements and progressive states that people transform the society and get by themselves are the political civilization. The political civilization is the organic whole made up of political consciousness civilization, three parts of political system civilization and political behavior civilization. The essence of building socialist political civilization is to develop socialist democratic politic, which needs a solid social base --Citizen's society. Since 1990s, most scholars think that citizen's society is an intermediary corporation field between country and family. It includes structural key elements, such as private field, voluntary corporation, public field, etc. Openness, opening, participation and principle of "ruling by law" and so on are basic value or principles of citizen's society. Market economy is its economic base and the political democracy is its politics request, it is opposed to absolutism and authority doctrine, and closely linked with democratic politics. So, citizen's society is the foundation of the socialist political civilization and direct motive force. And subject's society based on feudalism autarchy rule and peasant economy is obstacle of building political civilization. To build up and develop citizen's society we must train countless self-disciplined citizens, which not only have political democracy idea and strong sense of participation, but should accord with the modern society's normal behavior and self-disciplining characteristic. This demands education due contribution, forming citizen education in conformity with it. And moral seems even more important among them, because it just functions and look for value in training moral character of people and developing latent energy of people. After the long-term of "subject's society" under feudalism system and "political country" and "authoritative government" under planned economic system the moral education has a great deal of respects , such as the function, the mode ,etc. with the modern estranged situation of citizen's society, if the political consciousness function of moral is exaggerated excessivly, ignore students' development in an all-round way, especially the cultivation of the ethical consciousness of the subject; Comparatively emphasize that the society adapts to sex education, has ignored the individual value orientation of the moral content; Put undue emphasis on the theory of inculcating of machinery, has ignored dynamic role and independence of the educational subject ,etc. The moral can only bring up the good member of a nationality, arrange the people at most, but can't train and have independent character, initiative and creative citizen, undoubtedly certain disparity exists with the social requisition for talent's quality of the democratization of politics in this. This situation requires that it is, even the great adjustment to make the corresponding one in good time in moral education and reform, changed into meeting the modern moral of citizen's society from traditional moral education. School moral education development must changes from the unconventional moral education of excessive deluge and politician to the routine school moral education whose core is moral under the vision field of political civilization. And we must advocate the view that moral is the basic of the school moral education; We must abandon the drawback of ignoring people's entity in traditional moral education from our deep heart, and develop "Subject--Expansionary Moral Education"; Moral should turn to the development of multiple functions while insisting the leading function in political ideology. Economic function, culture function, educating functions of people, developing function and so on will become the important functions; Strengthen citizen educate status among moral, realize politics of individual socialize, law is it socialize with the morals to socialize; Moral should face the future, science predicts; Geared to the needs of the society, regard socialist modernization drive as the correct political orientation; Meet the needs of the world, exchange and compare with other countries. "Thick moral makes things", the final purpose of the development in society and people is pointed to inherent promotion of people's quality. Only paying attention to moral from our concept, establishing the thought that moral is the soul of the school moral education, regarding moral as one activity of promoting people's life quality, we could improve the status of school moral education really, could promote students' overall sound development, could build and establish solid talent's foundation for the socialist political civilization.
