Curriculum reform is the most important task of our present foundation education. The core link of the reform is curriculum implementation, whose basic way is teaching .The experiences and lessons drawn from home and abroad tells us that curriculum implementation process must be paid attention to in a successful curriculum reform. The motiveness and activeness of teachers and students must be extremely motivated, and the consciousness of participating and the spirit of exploiting creativity should be carried forward. We must overstep the fidelity orientation of curriculum implementation, gradually switch to mutual adaptation orientation of curriculum implementation and curriculum enactment orientation. The development trend of curriculum change and its epoch character will be shown adequately in curriculum implementation.Teaching process is not only the process of faithfully implementing curriculum planning, but also the process of enacting and developing. Teaching process should be a growing process of continually creating and transforming curriculum contents while constructing and raising the significance of curriculum. Biology teaching in middle school has been chosen as the researching object of curriculum enactment in this paper. We wish to find a series of methods of curriculum enactment teaching which is suitable to teaching biology in middle school by analyzing the theory and practice of curriculum enactment at home and abroad, using and accepting the result of education reform from other subjects combined with biology teaching character, practicing curriculum enactment actively in teaching biology, deepening the curriculum reform of foundation education in the practice. We also expect that will give some guidance to biology teaching in middle school and improve our biology teaching quality.The paper has seven parts in total, a wide argumentation on theoretic background, connotation and the value of application of curriculum enactment has been argued in the paper based on studying documents from home and abroad. Approaches and methods of implementing curriculum enactment have been actually discussed in the paper.
