| Curriculum, as the core of education reform, has been the focus of people's attention, andthe status of teachers is increasingly becoming important. Making teachers directly involve in allaspects and phases of curricular activities, enact curriculum on whole participation of curriculumoperation and become creators of curriculum subjects will be helpful to the successfulimplementation and gradual perfection of curriculum. As a result, the reform of basic educationcurriculum proposes a new form of course --- integrative practical activity curriculum, whichrepresents a new trend of curriculum development and whose characteristics of integration,autonomy, openness, practicality and creativity provide more space for curriculum enactment ofteachers. Based on this, the study, with the primary integrative practical activity curriculum as anexample, probed into"teacher's curriculum enactment", and mainly resolved the followingissues: how do teachers enact curriculum; what are the concrete respects of teacher's enactmentcurriculum; what kind of abilities should teachers have to enact curriculum; and how to enhanceteachers'capacityin enacting curriculum?This paper focused on practical research, based on methods of investigation, action research,classroom teaching survey and interviews that reflect the fact in teaching. Through sorting outthe relevant research of curriculum enactment, the key concepts of enactment curriculum aremade clear. Based on the theory of curriculum enactment, three kinds of expressions in teacher'scurriculum enactment, namely, enactment of curriculum objective, enactment of curriculumcontent and enactment of curriculum implementation are analyzed. By the analysis of expressionof teacher's curriculum enactment, it can be outlined the vision of curriculum development forteachers. This research relied on the primary integrative practical activity curriculum andinvestigated the course in a primary school of Guilin, founding that although the awareness ofteachers has formed in a certain degree, there still exists a giant gap between awareness andpractice, which can be reflected in following aspects: firstly, in terms of the curriculum subject, itis easy for teacher to overlook the student who are the main body of the curriculum; secondly, asfor the curriculum resources, some have paid attention to the use of curriculum resources, but inpractice the concrete forms of usage and exploration of teaching resources are too simple; thirdly,to the curriculum implementation, teachers are still led by default; fourthly, with regard tocurriculum reflection , teachers are more dependent on experts.Finally, some advice on promoting the formation and improvement of the ability of teacher's curriculum enactment is given as follows: strengthening the study of teacher'seducational theory and renewing teacher's personal outlook on curriculum; conductingschool-base training and build a"learning community"for teacher; cultivating teacher's criticalconsciousness, and developing their capacityof curriculum enactment. |
