Teacher's curriculum enactment(TCE)is to conduct criticism and reflection consciously and active construction to all elements of curriculum in the process of curricular implementation.The TCE ability is an important standard to measure teachers' professional development level.The research on TCE contributes to the professional development of teachers,promoting the personalized development of students,and guiding a deepening propelling of the new curriculum reform.This research bases on the analysis of large amounts of literature,analyze the nature and connotation of TCE.Based on this,penetrate into teaching practice field,and make an analysis of TCE status by virtue of interviews,observation and other methods.According to the results of observation and interviews,reflect the basic form and main content of TCE in the practical situation,analyze its existing problems and explore solutions,put forward some specific suggestions to promote the benign development of TCE.This paper is divided into five chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter describes the research background,research review,research purposes and content,research significance,research ideas and methods.The second chapter clarifies the concept of TCE,and illustrates the basic characteristics of TCE,probes into the significance of TCE.The third chapter,discusses the development status of TCE according to the field research results.The study discovers that,after the new curriculum reform,teachers mainly make an enactment in curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation and other aspects.However,there are still many problems in teacher's curriculum enactment,like false TCE,improper processing of curriculum content,intolerance of curriculum implementation and the limitations of curriculumevaluation etc.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors of restricting the development of TCE from TCE's consciousness,ability,space conditions and school curriculum management.Teachers' static curriculum concept,one-sided understanding of the concept,these two factors restrict the development of TCE consciousness;deficiency in school curriculum execution and school leadership's support,make the practice of TCE get into trouble.The fifth chapter proposes the countermeasures to promote the development of TCE : teachers should strengthen the study of educational theory,renew curriculum ideas;cultivate criticism and reflection consciousness,strengthen curriculum enactment ability.The school should establish curriculum culture of "inquiry,cooperation and equality";strive for the support from many parties,create conditions for TCE.
