Curriculum innovation is an important topic in the current curriculum reform,which can meet the needs of children’s individualized development.Kindergarten teachers’ ability of curriculum creation affects the quality of curriculum creation,and then affects the individualized development of children.A large number of studies show that the current curriculum creative ability develops very slowly for most kindergarten teachers,so how to promote the curriculum creative ability of kindergarten teachers is particularly important.Project-based activities and curriculum creation complement each other.Kindergarten teachers can try to construct a meaningful and valuable project curriculum network in interaction with children,and constantly adjust and enrich the curriculum content with the advancement of the project and the change of children’s interests,helping children to build a complete and valuable experience system.It can be seen that project-based activities can be used as a scaffold for kindergarten teachers to improve their curriculum creation ability.Therefore,it is feasible to take project-based activities as the carrier to improve teachers’curriculum creativity.This study mainly takes action research as the paradigm,and mainly collects data through observation and interview.First,it conducts in-depth interviews with 10 kindergarten teachers in G kindergarten to understand the current situation of curriculum creation.Then,it selects two teachers in the middle class of G kindergarten as the research objects for interviews and observation,summarizes and forms the pretest results,and determines the problems to be solved in action research according to the pretest results.After the action research,the collected interview,video,observation and self-evaluation questionnaire are used as reference to make a detailed qualitative analysis of the changes that have taken place in teachers after the action research.The results show that although kindergarten teachers’ curriculum creation is influenced by internal and external factors,the deep practice of project-based activities is helpful to improve kindergarten teachers’ curriculum creation ability.It is concluded that kindergarten teachers should develop in coordination,conduct collective discussion and self-reflection constantly,and improve their creative ability of curriculum reflection;Kindergarten teachers should integrate knowledge with practice,continuously improve and design courses,and enhance their creative ability in curriculum design;Kindergarten teachers should teach them to fish,constantly optimize curriculum resources and improve their creative ability in curriculum implementation.On this basis,suggestions are put forward:standardizing class curriculum review to provide guarantee for continuous curriculum creation;Teachers change their roles to provide theoretical support for curriculum creation;Kindergarten should build a creative atmosphere and improve teachers’ initiative in curriculum creation.
