Home effect, as home advantage as, is a statistical phenomenon about the relationship between game location and game outcome or performance. Sure, we can explain the phenomenon with the statistical number that some play-teams can be wining above fifty percent in home. It is more obvious that the team would win more time in home than in visiting. The theory of home effect has been acknowledged in common for the statistical data of some competing game. In the produce mechanism of home effect, however, there is not an obvious and uniform discuss on this field. So, some researchers want to study and demonstrate the theory of home effect from any field through some scientific theory. The home advantage has been examined in sports contests for over 20 years. Results have consistently demonstrated that there is a performance advantage associated with competing at home among major professional and collegiate leagues, individual teams, and individual sport athletes. With the increasing development of psychological theory, we found there is a reasonable and logical research investigates measure, even have an expensive foreground in those studies, which study the home effect through investigating the athletes' psychological states and cognition. Recent research has also shown that athletes' psychological states can vary depending on game location. Athletes have a lower state anxiety and higher self-confidence before home games compared to away. Moreover, research has found that athletes reportedmore positive mood profiles prior to playing at home.Through questionnaire of footballers' cognition when face the home or away game, understand the different psychological state and motivation about how to play. The item of soccer was selected into the resourceful object for the item has two outcomes in game, win and draw. We can magnify the different of psychological states between home and away game in this condition. The purpose of the present study was to examine the home-away winning and drawing differential in soccer and investigates game location and team quality in relation to winning percentages as well as tied games. Date from about 10 years of competition representing over 1372 matches was analyzed. Consistent with previous research, there was a significant (p<0.001) game location effect showing teams won, on average, 22% more games at home than away. The effect of game location was less pronounced for low quality teams compared to those of average and high quality teams. Analyses of the drawn matches revealed average teams drew an equal percentage of games at home and away. However , there was significant Game LocationXTeam Quality interaction (pO.OOl) that showed higher quality teams drew fewer games at home compared to away, while the reverse was the case for lower quality teams. It was speculated that draw outcomes may have differential value depending on the quality of the team. Results are consistent with the interpretation that a home draw is negative result for high quality teams whereas a draw is a positive result for low quality teams regardless of game location.
