The marginalized state in this study refers to the state of the Chinese language education in vocational schools. First, it exists in the instructional process between the primary and the higher levels of Chinese language education, is labeled as abnormally irregular, and therefore poorly recognized by the society. Second, it survives between the narrow spaces left by the vocational education, in that vocational school education is focused on professional courses, and Chinese language is usually ranked as optional with in the whole course arrangement. Third, it is seldom studied since it draws little attention in contras to the primary and higher levels Chinese language education, and therefore is overlooked and considered unimportant. Such state still persists. So it not only lags behind the time and the societal development, but also does no good to the future work and self-development of the students, let alone the students' human culture education. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the Chinese language education in vocational schools instead of decreasing it. The Chinese language education in vocational schools should be upgraded by means of reconfiguring the course weight , time and teaching methods, based on the needs of students and the "masterism" ,...
